LONG REVIEW AHEAD....I was absolutely in love with these clogs. I actually purchased them when a friend placed an order recently and could not wait to receive them. these were the first pair of crocs I had ever owned and I was instantly in love with how fun the design was. no more are the days of bo...ring crocs! I covered them in Jibbitz. you can add up the cost of the shoes themselves plus a jibbit in each hole. these were a treat for myself and I got so many compliments on them. you can imagine my disappointment when I started to experience a popping sound in the sole within the first few times of wearing them. surely its not the shoes, I thought. I attributed it to possibly stepping on something the jibbitz adjusting in their holes. like maybe I didn't have them in all the way. finally a couple of weeks ago I felt/heard one last pop and now there is a distinct squeaking sound with each step as well as the pop and it feels like something has come loose inside of the shoe. I contacted customer service because surely this couldn't be normal after only wearing these clogs 15-20 times. I was told that there was a short window to exchange/return and that the shoes must be unworn. that I should put baby oil on the shoes to help with squeaking. I tried to explain that the squeaking and issues weren't from moisture in the shoe as it was suggested. I received no response at all. totally get theres a return policy but I don't even want my money back. I just want a pair of shoes that isn't faulty that I can continue to wear and tell people how great crocs are. now I have to tell them how bad the customer service is because they don't stand by their products. after I got my crocs, I purchased a pair for all of my 5 children and my husband along with jibbitz. I spent a lot of money with crocs. very disappointed in the durability of this shoe. save yourself the time and lots of money by not purchasing these shoes!!
