After reading other reviews from different site sources, I'm glad I listened and got a size smaller. They run BIG!!! If you do plan on getting these, def order a size down. I wear a 12M in the echo clogs, but ordered an 11 in the waves and thankful I did. Have been searching for some comfortable sho...es I would wear for 12hr shifts and love the comfort these bring. After look over the actual reviews for these, the 3.8 isn't necessary. A lot of ppl left a bad review due to the shoe running larger, not because it was uncomfortable or a bad product (I honestly don't believe folks know how to write reviews anymore), ppl can literally send the shoes back or go to a crocs store before hand and try a pair before purchase. Either way, these are great for comfort, everyday use, house shoes, quick put on for on the go, and would def recommend for anyone working long shifts in healthcare. These were originally created for athletes (as a former college bball player, I'm in love), and I still play pick up, along with lifting weights...bought a second pair just for the gym :-) You'll love them, just buy!!!
