Mine came dirty. I ordered a 6, 1, and 9. Both the 9 and 6 were dirty, like they were used. I was able to clean them, so I kept them. Didn't want to go through the hassle of exchanging and mailing. They are cute in the shoes. It's just disappointing to pay full price for a used item.
